Turnout Prints is a Sydney-based 3D printing studio specialising in functional, high-quality printed products. We manufacture items that solve real problems — from cable management systems for home offices to adaptive tools for people with reduced mobility, gaming terrain for tabletop enthusiasts, and print-your-own parts from your 3D files.
Our Setup
Printing
FDM printing with AMS (Automatic Material System). Multi-colour and multi-material capability in a single print, with automatic filament switching and exceptional reliability.
Materials
- PLA — Great surface finish, eco-friendly, ideal for display and indoor items
- PETG — Durable, heat-resistant, food-safe options available
- TPU — Flexible, rubber-like for grips, bumpers and wearables
Print Volume
256 x 256 x 256mm build volume. For larger items, we split into modular pieces designed to snap or bond together seamlessly.
Quality
Standard layer height 0.2mm with 0.12mm available for high-detail prints. Every item is inspected before shipping.
